Wondros is NIH’s longtime creative and strategic partner for the All of Us Research Program—a historic effort to build the largest, most diverse health database in history. We drive campaign strategy, human-centered storytelling, UX, and engagement tools to ensure the program meets its bold enrollment and retention goals. To date: 865,000+ participants enrolled (86% from underrepresented groups), 4x the average recruitment rate, and a trusted experience used by 6,800+ researchers nationwide. The work continues—because building trust takes time.

Wondros partnered with California’s Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) to launch the Certified Wellness Coach program—a bold workforce initiative designed to expand access to culturally competent mental health support for children and youth across California. We developed the name, brand identity, messaging system, bilingual campaign strategy, website, and enrollment flow—delivering a fully integrated experience designed to resonate with communities across the state. The result: Over 3,000 new Certified Wellness Coaches and a scalable communications model for California’s behavioral health workforce transformation.

MD Anderson asked Wondros to modernize its brand and create a campaign that matched its mission: End Cancer. We built an integrated brand platform powered by human-centered storytelling—then activated it across broadcast, radio, out-of-home, and digital. We didn’t just make people feel something. We moved them to act: the campaign drove a 12% lift in unaided brand awareness and an almost 10% increase in patient acquisition. We helped MD Anderson lead not just in outcomes—but in trust, visibility, and scale.
